What you get
Three things, connected as a bundle:
Email. Your correspondence becomes relationship history, and commitments become reminders. Bulk and automated mail is filtered out.
Calendar. External meetings are logged as interactions with the attendees (internal-only meetings are skipped).
Contacts. Your Outlook address book, imported and enriched.

Each person gets enriched with role, company, and background, and kept current as they change jobs.
Your commitments become reminders ("I'll send it Friday" in your sent mail).
The noise is filtered out (newsletters, bulk mail, internal-only meetings), so what's left is signal.

How to connect
Settings → Integrations → Connect on Outlook.
Sign in with Microsoft and approve the permissions.
Set import windows for Email and Calendar in the Manage panel (1y / 3y / 5y / all time).
Connect multiple Outlook accounts, personal and work, and Goodword blends the context from all of them into one picture of each relationship.
Note: Outlook permissions are granted as a bundle, so everything comes together. To stop syncing entirely, disconnect the integration.
Troubleshooting
Sync seems stale. If the connection sat inactive for a while, Goodword automatically runs a fresh full sync. Give it a bit.
Want more history. Widen the import window in Manage, and Goodword backfills.
Emails appearing twice? Messages are deduplicated, so doubles don't happen. If you see one, contact [email protected].
